Run by local volunteers in the Community for the Community.
This project will be called... New Town Community Bike Hub.
The idea is to have a small range of electric powered “eCargo” bikes for short term pay as you go rental.

This is a community led project supported by Colchester City Council with funding from Defra and is part of a number of initiatives to provide affordable and realistic transport alternatives to improve the quality of life for those who live, work or visit the town centre.
